Material aid to refugees who reside at the Holy Dormition Svyatohirsk Lavra, as well as to residents of the city of Svyatohirsk and villages of the Svyatohirsk UTC, namely: personal care products, food products, drinking water and non-alcoholic beverages, dishware (including disposables), home care products, undergarments (including disposables), season- appropriate clothing and footwear, etc.

- Support for afflicted individuals and institutions that provide shelter to refugees, disabled persons and others in need of medical care.
- Assistance for treatment, rehabilitation, diagnosis of diseases, purchase of necessary medicines, medical supplies and equipment for refugees who are on full support of the Holy Dormition Svyatohirsk Lavra, as well as for vulnerable segments of the population in the city of Svyatohirsk and villages of the Svyatohirsk United Territorial Community (UTC).
- Diagnosis, treatment of diseases, rehabilitation, preventive health measures, with the inventory and quantity of necessary drugs, medicines and equipment being determined by medical personnel and effectuated on the basis of applications (appeals).
- The Fund raises money for the implementation of the program in accordance with approved applications for assistance from persons and institutions; directs the funds for their intended purpose with subsequent reporting on their use.

- Assistance to war-affected individuals and institutions through restoration of power and heat to residential premises, regardless of their form of ownership.
- Providing electricity and heat to the living quarters of war-affected persons and refugees who are on the full support of the Holy Dormition Svyatohirsk Lavra, as well as to the dwellings of residents of Svyatohirsk and villages of the Svyatohirsk UTC who do not have the opportunity to restore power and heating of houses, to pay for fuel and utilities.
- Measures to restore energy and heat are determined by the appropriate competent persons, who also provide an estimate of costs for the implementation of these measures, and determine the forms of financial and material assistance.
- The Fund collects money for the implementation of the program in accordance with approved applications and calculations; directs the collected funds for the intended purpose.
- Collected funds are used by the Fund to pay for: fuel for generators that produce electricity for lighting and heating of dwellings, fuel for boiler houses, and necessary materials and equipment.
- Program activities are arranged on the basis of targeted assistance with subsequent reporting after their implementation.
